1. We updated our European privacy policies and terms and conditions to ensure they comply with the GDPR.
2. Send an email to European job seekers informing them of these updates and providing links to the updated European privacy policies and terms and conditions.
3. We established a compliance process to report any European data privacy breaches to the EU regulator within 72 hours.
4. Evaluated vendor contracts and controls to ensure they were adequate to protect data subjects. Updated existing SDLC and system procedures and policies to incorporate privacy and security into standard processes.
5. Complied with requirements to secure systems and data using best-practice security programs.
6. Developed the ability to accept requests regarding an individual’s rights to access, rectify, delete, and transfer personal information.
7. Developed the ability to accommodate an individual’s requests to restrict or object to the processing of personal data and to object to any decision based solely on the automated processing of personal data.
