I tried issuing the call below to a 9.0(2) UCCX, and the results were as shown below.

Status 412
IVR_ENHANCEDThe requested resource is not licensedNotLicensed.
The UCCX instance currently runs on a CCX Enhanced license. Are there any other license requirements for this specific API call for UCCX?
