CCNG\u2014the Contact Center Network Group\u2014is a members-only Professional Peer Network (PPN) for contact center, customer experience, and customer service executives, managers, and leaders.<\/p>\n

Each year, CCNG works with its members to organize more than 25 half-day events on a regional basis throughout the United States. \u201cBringing together experienced customer care managers in a comfortable setting to share their views, challenges, and solutions is the key to the popularity of these events,\u201d says David Hadobas, president and CEO of CCNG, in a recent statement about the group. \u201cWe have over 25 years of experience organizing these regional events \u2026 and 2015 is shaping up to be one of the best years in recent memory, with so many members eager to participate in our events.\u201d<\/p>\n

It certainly looks like that's exactly what's going to happen. CCNG has just announced upcoming regional Customer Experience and Engagement events in March and April, sponsored by CCNG members. Prominent among the sponsors will be inContact, the leader in cloud contact center software.<\/p>\n

The CCNG events bring together contact center, customer experience, and customer care management professionals from across various industries to share perspectives, proven strategies, and innovative best practices. The CCNG partners sponsoring the March and April events include inContact, as well as Aspect Software, Intradiem, and VPI, and new partners Vocalcom and Windstream ( \u2013 ).<\/p>\n

Starting in March, there will be two regional events hosted by contact center leaders from Aon in Charlotte, NC, on the 5thth<\/sup>, and in Cincinnati, OH, on the 19th, hosted by Fifth Third Bank. The April event hosts include Time Customer Service in Tampa, FL, on the 16th; in Phoenix, AZ, at Best Western on the 23rd; and on the 30th at Kohl\u2019s in Dallas, TX.<\/p>\n
