inContact, a leading provider of cloud-based contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools, is known throughout the industry for its rapid expansion and growth. As such, the company is highlighting this positive news with the announcement of its latest project: a nearly 350,000-square-foot campus and headquarters in Sandy, Utah.<\/p>\n

\u201cinContact\u2019s explosive growth over the past two years\u2014which has seen the company double in size to nearly 1,000 employees\u2014along with the expectation of similar expansion in the near future, is the primary driving force behind inContact Center,\u201d the company noted in a press release. According to published reports, Raddon Development and the Workers\u2019 Compensation Fund will begin construction of the campus in early 2015, with the first building expected to be completed by March 2016.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past year, inContact increased its workforce by 28 percent in Utah and by 65 percent overall across the U.S. and the world,\u201d noted Paul Jarman, CEO of inContact. \u201cWith the construction of the inContact Center, we plan to create a world-class employee experience with room to grow into the 2020s.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new campus will begin with a 125,000-square-foot building, with plans to add two additional buildings for a total of more than 350,000 square feet of office space throughout the project. To accommodate the influx of new people to the area, inContact Center\u2014as it will be called\u2014will feature a four-story parking structure with 1,093 spaces, in addition to street-level parking lots and spaces.<\/p>\n

News of the project was met with enthusiasm by city leaders.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe couldn\u2019t be happier to welcome inContact as a key corporate partner in our recently unveiled city center, The Cairns,\u201d said Tom Dolan ( \u2013 ), mayor of Sandy City. \u201cInContact\u2019s corporate headquarters will provide much-needed, well-paying jobs in a development that will offer a true \u201dlive, work, and play\u2019 atmosphere, featuring a variety of retail and dining options, easy access to public transportation, residential options, and outdoor amenities\u2014all within walking distance of the building\u2019s entrance.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
